Jerdon Johnston is a business strategist and the driving force behind Dux Prana, a business studio dedicated to helping companies scale through an "AI Forward, Human First" approach. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, he leverages extreme focus and ruthless ambition to help businesses improve operating budgets, increase margins, and break through to the next level.

Before dedicating his focus to Dux Prana, Jerdon spent over 16 years driving operational excellence as an Associate Director at WTW. He was a key innovator on the original Extend Health team that sold to Towers Watson for $435,000,000, pioneering the Defined Contribution Healthcare and HRA markets. During his tenure, he built a customer service function from a single employee to a team of 300 and successfully implemented enterprise-wide Project Management Offices, CRMs, and analytics ecosystems.

Today, Jerdon partners with North American and European firms to design go-to-market strategies, develop custom web and CRM architectures, and launch rapid prototypes. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and deep technical expertise across platforms like Salesforce, Power BI, and modern AI tools, he builds the durable ecosystems modern companies need to win.
